Note to applicants who applied to Ryerson University in a previous academic year: If the name on the application has changed in any way, proof of that name change (e.g.B marriage certificate, notarized declaration or other legal document) must be provided. Some programs required additional equipment; some have optional forms; and some don`t have one at all. We can also take into account your SAF, waiting for the location and competitiveness of your application for the program to which you have applied. You can provide information about extenuating circumstances on this form and the appropriate documentation (e.g. medical certificates, updated unofficial transcripts, etc.) that you would like to consider in our second review of your application. This information must be received within 10 to 15 working days of the date of your admission decision. Additional forms help us get to know you better and decide if the program is right for you. This form is available upon receipt and confirmation of your application by Ryerson.

Use this form if you have not applied to the OUAC and would like to make changes to your application (e.B. application data, address, telephone, e-mail address, schools, etc.). You can also add or remove a program selection from this form (you can have a maximum of two active program options). Use the Admission Review Decision Form if you have been denied admission to a bachelor`s degree program at Ryerson University and wish to submit a request for reconsideration. This form is not available to candidates from the Faculty of Law. Use this form if you are currently an Ontario Secondary School student. The SAF is only required if you have applied to one of the following programs and is important for admission and examination of the scholarship. If you do not submit your FAS, you will jeopardize your application. Not all additional forms will appear on your to-do list, so you`ll need to write them yourself. Ryerson University`s application involves a $90 fee to be paid through the OUAC. This fee covers and is limited to two program options on application. All applicants, with the exception of current Ontario Secondary School students (or CA 101), will be encouraged to complete and submit an additional form. This form gives you the opportunity to tell us more about yourself, your academic background and why you want to follow the programs you choose. Admission to the Arts & Science program is limited and only by selection. All applicants to the Arts & Science program must provide additional information on the additional application form to help us decide on admission. The purpose of the add-on app is to help us learn more about you and your ideas, interests and activities. The current deadline for FAS submission can be found on the Dates and Deadlines page. If you have already submitted an application for admission, please note the SAF deadline indicated in your JOIN U of T portal. We recommend that you submit your FAS as soon as possible for a quick review. The sooner we receive your SAF, the sooner you will be considered for approval. There is no formula for a “good” add-on. This form is not available to candidates from the Faculty of Law. If you are applying to Co-op Management & International Business, you will be asked to submit your SAF before September 13th. December 2021 will be considered for the first round of interviews starting in January. FAS received for this program after this period will be considered monthly for subsequent interview series.
